   Initial waitress who seated us was lovely, very nice and welcoming a credit to the bar, however the waitress that took us the bill asked me how much i wanted to tip out loud in front of everyone, this is an absolute disgrace, i always leave a generous tip but on this occasion all i gave was 10 euro, i just hope the 10 euro will make up for me never coming back or recommending this place to anyone ever again which ive done on multiple occasions.

   Place could be cleaner, staff were pleasant, not their fault there were no customers. Food was poor quality. Won’t be returning & wouldn’t recommend.

   We have the combo meat that it was delicious. Good pint and the place are very clean and comfy. The staffs are lovely

   We ordered food and drinks and we the drinks were half glass the staff come to the table to say that the prices at menu were not updated and that we would be charged for the new prices. Why they didn’t let we know it when ordering???? The situation was very awkward.

   Ordered a brisket, onion rings and garlic potatoes. Some potatoes were piping hot some were luke warm. Onion rings were bland and fell apart without any structure. The brisket portion consisted of 4 thin slices of lightly seasoned meat that resembled lightly baked meat that was extremely wet and had no bbq taste. It was most definetly not salted. I was satisfied with the speed of the servers and their curtesy but I reserved seats in a specific area and was seated instead at a flimsy table infront of the bar. Staff was quite unprofessional, whipping out their phones and one even sitting down using a laptop laughing at something on it to other coworkers. The music was blaring so loud with barely anyone there (in retrospect this should have been my red flag) that it made the atmosphere feel extremely unwelcoming. I wouldnt recommend my experience for anyone and I strongly hope the food and the service improves in the future.

   The ribs almost didn't have meet. Very expensive. High tips were automatically added despute the sercice was so-so. Do not recommend this place.

We're proud of our 14-hour meats, including the Smoked Ribs, they all meet high standards, but sometimes supplier variations may affect quality and amount. Please inform your server or a manager immediately if there's an issue, so we can address it on the spot. The service charge for tables of five or more is to ensure excellent service for larger groups.    Brisket buger was beautiful, salad was huge and really nice. 3 bottles of Sol for 12 is a great deal. Service was excellent. Chips, both normal and sweet potato (3 different portions) were absolutely freezing and disgusting. No point sending them back because they probably would have used the returns just recooked in the fryer. Let the otherwise nice meal down.

    The food was pre prepared and although the meat was pretty succulent the special loaded fries were not particularly loaded. The service however was good and attentive and despite making a mistake with the order it was corrected quickly. Wouldn’t recommend it nor would I go back there to eat
