   Overall this is a great venue with beautiful views. Despite having a reservation we waited almost 30 mins for our table. Once seated, we waited for a server. While very sweet, she was not as attentive as we hoped. Multiple times she walked by our table and didn’t clear the appetizer dishes we had clearly finished. We ordered steaks and asked about the temp and she confirmed our order. The steaks came and mine was seriously undercooked while my husband’s was significantly overcooked. She didn’t check on us again until we were almost done (though I left most of my steak untouched). When my husband asked about the steak temp she admitted the kitchen is very inconsistent in cooking. Just wish she had come back to check on us and see how things were going. We ordered a bottle of wine and only drank half. She never offered to bag the rest for us. We will come back because the ambiance is great. We may stick to appetizers and cocktails and forego entrees since they can be unpredictable.

   Went here with customers for a lunch meeting. Setup is seat yourself and be served, though there are no signs indicating that and the staff didn't mention it as I walked in and lingered around the entry for a few minutes. Service was nice and the food was good. We sat on the patio which was a nice spot to talk and the inside volumes seemed really reasonable as well. Lots of work lunches happening around us. Prices were fair and parking is validated, though the server didn't ask if we needed it and I forgot until I got down to my car. All in all, would return.

   Great food, atmosphere, and service. I was very surprised that this casual eatery had great options if you’re watching what you eat. Highly recommend for lunch.

   Had a great time at Branch and Bird. My creole redfish was delicious. And the husband enjoyed his short ribs. We had the meat and cheese board as an appetizer and the flourless cake for dessert. Great recommendation on the wine as well. Jordan was awesome. Ambience was cool if only it had been warm enough to go outside!

   The weather was poopy so we couldn’t sit outside. Staff was awesome, food was great & ambience is fantastic! Took a little longer than we’d hoped, but we had a bigger party.

   Love Branch & Bird. We've been here a few times and the staff is always polite and accommodating. The dining space is beautiful and yet, I'm still partial to the patio.

   I had reservations and they knew I was there. Drinks came right away. Excellent waitress Naomi food was terrific. The view was wonderful. We might make it once a month from now on. We are called the Brunch Bunch. Thank you.

   Very friendly staff. Clean restaurant and restrooms. The food was great. It was good quality and portions for the money. Great happy hour drinks and food options. The view outside of the skyline at dinner time was really nice. Would definitely recommend.

    We thoroughly enjoyed a lovely lunch with easy parking and delicious, reasonably priced food. Our waitress was very sweet and accommodating to our needs. We never felt rushed. I'm sure it’s extra lovely here at night.
