As usual, Bill's in Richmond provided a very good meal in a welcoming, comfortable space with excellent service from entering to departing...for a friendly experience with consistently good food and service, this is a great choice in Richmond.

Fantastic food as always. Did start to get a bit too noisy near the end as a load of kids came in but the service was great - couldn’t fault it!

Went for brunch. Service was great. Big brunch was lovely but the buttermilk chicken pancakes were a little odd - the taste combination of maple syrup and chili didn’t really work. The buttermilk chicken was chewy around the edges, rather than crispy, but the buttermilk pancakes were wonderfully fluffy. I would order the pancakes again but definitely not with the chicken.

Went at about 9am straight from the airport and couldn’t have had a better experience. I needed to work so the hostess seated me near an outlet. Traditional breakfast was fine, but the halloumi fries made me very happy, as did the oat milk cappuccino. I look forward to trying more things on the menu during my next visit.

Always have good service and good food sg Bills. It was very noisy last night, which some people would no doubt enjoy. The noise didn’t detract from the good things but made conversation impossible.
