Wanted to give it another chance after last time wasn’t so great. This time was even worse. Unfortunately this place is probably going to go out of business as well. Couldn’t even make a simple pizza correctly. It wasn’t even cooked sent it back and it still wasn’t good. Chicken Parm is very thick. No one was in there. I think they got the memo. They had hardly any people working. People waiting for takeout not even acknowledged.

It’s a shame has really gone downhill. Chicken Parm was thick chicken and it was $25. went up quite a bit since the last time we went to the one in Beverly. I got the new Burrata pizza. It looked nothing like the picture. It didn’t even resemble pizza. It was like a pita bread and they threw on some tomatoes and a sprinkle of basil terrible. The tomatoes were falling off the pizza. Nothing was holding it together. It’s really too bad. I used to love Bertucci’s. Sad

Never go there for an entrée. Only pizza —we were robbed. Now I may have missed the details in an offer on the menu, but I could’ve sworn it said for five more dollars, make it a meal which would include salad and soup. We ordered eggplant Parm for 22 dollars and expected five dollars additional per soup and salad. Instead, we were charged five dollars for Salad and eight dollars for soup. $35 for an eggplant Parm dinner. It was at best mediocre. On top of it all, everything came out at almost the same time. Pizza is delicious here but I will never again order another entrée.

The Bertucci’s in Swampscott needs an immediate intervention to resolve poor patron experience with staff. The individual who covers the bar and tables is miserable. She is passively aggressive and then appears to be paying attention only to walk away for a “few minutes” = 10 minute smoke break. Awful experience the last several times. Another couple was equally treated poorly so we were not signaled out but one person who wants everyone to know that she is not supported in her position. 90 minutes to get two pizzas. Last time

This is my usual Saturday evening place to dine. My only problem is that their menu has no veal dishes.

The only problem is that for an Italian restaurant you do not have any veal dishes. However, they are accommodating special orders.
