   The team at this location did a good job given the volume of business they were contending with relative to the many diners at the restaurant prior to the Meghan Trainor concert. Luke, the General Manager ended up waiting on our table. He has a passion for guiding his team while providing great customer service! Thank you Luke for taking good care of us while at your location! We will be back.

   Outstanding and friendly staff at this location. The food was excellent. Great night out with the family. Our hostess and the waitress were very accommodating to our young daughter and her multiple requests for dough to play with. Will be back for another family night out.

   We arrived on time to find NO hostess to seat us for our reservation. Due to my husbands leg injury we sat at the empty bar instead of standing longer waiting with no hostess to greet or seat us. It was cold in the restaurant, like you needed a jacket to dine while eating. The dining room side was loud and noisy. Many other guests entered after us, and we watched no one greet or seat them as well, promptly. The service was lacking as if there was not enough servers and NO HOSTESS on a weekend too! Most of our dining experience was at a bar instead of a table with no employee working behind the bar 80% of the visit. We will not be back. Turn the heat up and hire a hostess! Pizza was brought out hot, yet partly burnt. Wouldn’t recommend this establishment to dine in. Thumbs Down 👎

   I had not been to a Bertucci's in quite awhile. While typically I had always tried there pizza, I had in the past tried the lasagna and I am pretty sure it was previously warmed in the brick oven for the finish. This lasagna i ordered was cold on the inside, the sauce tasted like something close to a can of Chef Boyardee. I was very disappointed with the quality especially for over $20. I had ordered a salad, and the waitress had on the bill but I never received it. The hostess who sat us though was very cheery and helpful. I would probably never return to any Bertucci's after this experience. My wife got the Shrimp Alfredo and it was so bland and had barely any cream sauce to it. So sad to see the quality go down since my last visit.

   We went there in order to keep our AA miles “alive” and had a pleasant dining experience. I had just the basics - garden salad and spaghetti- and both were very good. My wife tried the Shrimp Rossini with spaghetti, which she found not very flavorful, but asked for some red Pomodoro sauce, which she said improved the dish immensely. She was disappointed that the only pastas available were spaghetti or rigatoni as she would have much preferred Angel hair or linguini. The service throughout the meal was excellent.

    constantly sending out burned food. covering it with sauce is really NOT covering it up. waiting at bar for server is often times a long wait. bartender is waiting on table in dining room and is always at the station farthest away from the bar!
