   my boyfriend and i came here for a night out and it was amazing!! the food was divine, the drinks were great and overall it was just such an amazing vibe!

   An amazing restaurant, venue and service is excellent, Yauna was very gracious in answering our many questions - she's wonderful. Great vegan and vegetarian choices! Servings are large. Can't wait to try out the movies or a comedy night while enjoying their delicious food!

   Headed to Bernie’s for their 5 course New Years Eve dinner, had Steph as our waitress (she was awesome) the food was amazing! Like always. Will be back

   The atmosphere at Bernie’s is amazing, I loved it. The food was phenomenal, we did the New Years Eve 3 course menu. It was all delicious. I will definitely return and dine here more often. I can’t remember our servers name but she was amazing, knowledgeable and very friendly and had us laughing a few times. 5 stars!

   Our appies came out after our main meal and we had ordered our appies long before our food. When our sever came by she ignored this and stated “wow everything came so fast” which put an even worse taste in our mouth. Then the bill came and we were over charged for our food. The food was amazing but not the best service and even then when there was a chance to make it right, our waitress failed at that. Disappointed because this place has potential and we were willing to stay and pay for more drinks and dessert.

   I'm very sorry to hear this, but equally grateful that you've taken the time to bring it to our attention. I'm going to speak with our GM to find out more about why this all occurred and we'll work to provide some extra coaching where it is needed on our team. This experience is certainly not the one we're striving to provide our guests, and I apologize that we fell short. If you're ever willing to give us another chance, I know we can do better, but I'm sorry we did not show you that this time around.
