We use organic tomatoes and organic extra virgin olive oil from Puglia (Alce Nero). Fiordilatte mozzarella arrives fresh from Napoli and the organic fl our is from Emilia Romagna (Molini Pivetti). Wines are from winemakers who drink their own wine.

Veggie Cheese: We import most of our cheese from Italy which means that they are made using traditional methods often using animal rennet. We still like to think of these as vegetarian, so if you want to make sure your meal is 100% vegetarian, please opt for one of our vegan dishes.
