   I always have a wonderful time when visiting Benihana's - the restaurant at the Fashion Mall in particular! The service is fast and responsive; the cooks entertaining and professional - and the food itself delicious and always includes SO MUCH DELICIOUS FOOD!

   The ambiance here is always great. My number one complaint is the food being cooked and served in “stages”. I want to eat ALL of my food at one time. If you try to wait, the food served already is cold.🙁

   The server made several mistakes at our table including not taking our order properly. The salad was ordered without dressing and it came out with dressing the server asked if we wanted to keep it and since we would eat I said sure but please bring one with no dressing which was done but I got the bill and was charged for the salad with the dressing $7.50. Don’t they throw out food that’s incorrect once it hits the table? Side note the chef was great.

   The floors were too oily. Could cause slipping hazard and I didn’t really like that my shoes had oil all over the bottom. The food was amazing as always

   Chef was awesome! Server was good too. But the restaurant needs to be updated. Especially being in Vegas and charging what they do. It was full of smoke as well.

   Waste of time and money. I would give zero stars if I could. Go to another hibachi place. The worst hibachi experience I’ve ever had. The food was bad - over-buttered and too salty. Hibachi performance? I could definitely tell from the chef’s face that he didn’t want to work that night. Fake smiles only when he asked kids to take pictures with him. He missed his tools multiple times, which made me more worried about his performance than actually enjoying it. The chef made a barrier in the middle with bowls and performed the show only on half of the grill. I was on the opposite side and could only take pictures of a family watching the show. :( He might have thought we were there just to chat among ourselves, but who goes to hibachi only to eat and talk with friends? A real hibachi chef should captivate customers with a professional attitude and skills, making them focus on his show.

    My server was extremely rude. when i asked for her to do double rice instead of the vegetables and it was fine to charge me extra she told me i was not allowed to do that. i asked the manger and he fixed it for me and i wanted to just move on and enjoy my food. as i am eating she is standing over us watching every move we make and she turns to go talk about me and my sister to her coworkers while they laughed at us
