   It was a party of 9 people with 6 bills, 5 of which were overcharged, wrong items charged, some food never came but still charged. It was unbelievably unprofessional. The manager was correcting everything. I, personally, was overcharged $30 on $70 order). CRAZY

   Terrible, the staff was sloppy, we had a 7pm reservation didn’t see the “chef” until 8:45.The steak must of bit all of 4 ounces. Terrible experience

   The service was really slow. The chef was nice, but didn't put on any show and the place smelled terrible.

   I have my reservation at 6pm they seat us around 6:15 it was 6:45 and no one was serving us, they just left my family in a table and when we asked they said next chef was coming to us but 2 chefs came out to other tables. Service was super bad. I really regret my decision to go there. I loved Benihana but this location is a disaster

   I was there with 2 children. Rushed meal. Soup & salad presented together. Our chef mixed up everyone’s order. I splurged and ordered filet steak and large shrimp. I watched as he put the filet on someone else’s plate and split shrimp amongst everyone. I got pieces of another strip of very fatty steak. It was already on another’s plate and didn’t feel like starting complaint. Quickly asked if anyone needed take home plates and handed them out, along with the bill . Children’s meals comes with ice cream, and it was completely ignored until I had to look at a menu and tell them.  Needless to say the last time I will be going there.
