   The food and service were great. We did have to wait 30 minutes despite having a reservation, but that's the only negative to the experience, especially when the hosts told us it would be a 1.5 hour delay. (I suspect that scared people that were waiting off and got us seated quicker.)

   I have never had a bad experience with any Benihana I have ever been to. Just to be clear. The only issue we had was they were either short staffed or overbooked. Our reservation was for 5:30 and upon arrival we were told they were running an hour to and hour and a half behind. We did wait and we're lucky we only had to wait an extra 30 minutes. I wish there was a way reservations could be notified of these types of issues for the future. Our chef was so awesome and fun and we sat with an amazing group of very nice people.

   Service very slow. We were sat down quick but took at least 20 minutes to just get water and much longer to get other drinks . They did not seem to be staffed well.

   We weren't expecting high quality food considering Benihana was one one of a handful open on Christmas Day. There were 8 of us and It's a fun experience for everyone to be there. If Denny's opened a hibachi place it would be Benihana. Just low end quality food in small portions which honestly is not a huge surprise. Next time we do hibachi or will be much higher end for a better food experience

   Waited over an hour with reservations to be seated. Once seated it took an additional 30 + minutes to be served. We’ve been going here on Christmas Eve for 25 plus years and have never had such a negative experience. The reservations need to be prioritized and not allow walk ins on Holiday nights.

   Waited over an hour to be seated. What was the purpose of making a reservation? Finally seated-our waiter forgot our salad-after our dinner began, other table members asked for their salad and he offered to give it to them to go and didn’t bother to ask us. Never received refills. Arrived at 6:00 for a 6:15 reservation and didn’t get to leave until 9:00. Do better.

   Late lunch / early dinner for Christmas Eve. We had a reservation at 4pm, so it was not very busy. The experience provided by everyone, from the hostess, to the server, to the chef, was incredible. The lobby was packed when we left, so we were grateful for an early reservation. Kudos to the team for making our meal experience so good!

   He ido varias ocasiones a Benihana, es la primera vez que asisto a Addison y fue fatal, tenía reservación y me hicieron esperar en la puerta por más de 30 minutos, la mesera que nos asignaron fue pésima, solo fue a mi mesa cuando llegamos y al final a llevar la cuenta, me cobraron menú de 6 tiempos para varias personas y el helado nunca llegó ni el menú completo, la persona que me tocó para que cocinara para nosotros nos hizo muy aburrida la estadía, nos comenzó a contar su vida privada y eso me molestó todo estuvo muy mal

    3 parts of the dining experience I pay attention to: 1. Service - It was ok. The chef was average for a hibachi restaurant. Nothing special which I was disappointed in since Benihana is considered the godfather of hibachi in the US. Our waitress was below par. Slow and made multiple errors. 2. Ambiance. Very clean and organized. Not as decorated and cool as I remember from other locations. Kinda boring to be honest. 3. Price - What you would expect. More expensive than independent local hibachi but not as high as I would have thought. 4. Food- Very very good. Had the Filet and Lobster. Everything was delicious. 5. Overall- 3.5-4 stars. Enjoyed the meal and experience but I am in not rush to go back anytime soon.
