I’ve been to Ben Paris previously for dinner and had an amazing server by the name of Hatti or Hatty? She pronounced it as “Hat-Tea” and she definitely left a lasting impression. She recommended a pasta with a certain type of beef, which was outstanding. Came back into town with my family who have never been to Seattle and immediately booked a breakfast. The meals were just as delicious as the dinner meals. Highly recommend dining here not only because of the food and service, but the location is the best (one block from Pike Place Market). I’d recommend parking in the parking garage across the street which gives you easy access to everything, which I believe costs about $26 overnight, but definitely worth the price due to location. A+++

The food came out at different times and much of it was cold. The restaurant was running 3 rounds of Thanksgiving dinners and we were there for the 2nd round. The staff was very nice but it was chaos. With tip dinner was about $300 and it was not very good. I will not go back for a holiday meal again.

We did the Thanksgiving dinner and it was poorly run. We never received our salads and the sides came out after the mediocre cold, dry turkey. The wine pairing, cheese appetizer and desserts were good but not $500 good.

We went to Ben Paris for their Thanksgiving day meal. The ambience was lovely and the service was generally very nice, but very disorganized. The meal started off very well with the staff welcoming us table by table explaining the pre-fixe meal and what we should expect. Our drink orders were taken, and the appetizer cheese plate + salads were served in a timely manner. Everything after this seemed to fall apart. All the tables seemed to get their mains and sides at random with many side dishes missing, but each table's missing sides were different from their neighbors. As an example some tables were served turkey and stuffing and then had to wait quite a while to get the other sides while tables nearby would have the inverse situation where they received only sides, but no main dish. Despite multiple servers/staff coming by to ask us what is missing, we still found ourselves missing specific items and twice we were offered a side/food item we had already received and which was still sitting on our table waiting to be consumed. The manager (?) on duty apologized for the mess which was nice, but it did take away from our enjoyment overall. Drinks wise - Very good mocktail, cocktail, and wine list. The bartender seemed busy yet very capable. Food wise - The turkey and gravy were delicious. The roasted sweet potatoes and cranberry sauce were also very good. The green beans in béchamel sauce seemed undercooked as they were near impossible to cut and chew through. The mashed potatoes tasted very good, but the texture was very thick and cloying, perhaps due to the high cheese content? They made our tongues glue to the top of our mouths.

Ben Paris was great, but Open Table dropped the Ball. Not just for me, people on both sides of me had made a reservation for the Thanksgiving Meal. We all found out that we could not have our traditional meal, it didn't start until the evening, and they were sold out. I was lucky to find a place that I could still get in for my Turkey and Stuffing and all the things I had been looking forward too! Rich VanGogh

The restaurant advertised a Prix Fixe Thanksgiving menu which did not state specific hours, so when we showed up and were told that Thanksgiving started at 3pm and that we couldn't have an actual Holiday meal it was disappointing. Instead, we suffered through a subpar brunch. Thanks for ruining our plans.

Great as always. They accommodated our stroller and one year old. It was nice that they placed us by the front and away from other guests in case he was too loud. Food and cocktails were delicious and service was awesome. You can tell that the staff got along really well.

Lovely design of space and a menu with great variety without an overwhelming number of choices. Excellent service, not intrusive, upbeat, also the folks in the hotel were kind. For what may have been a busy day the atmosphere was easeful and great for a table conversation.

Beautiful space. Each meal was excellent. The only slight criticism- lower the lights a tad, too bright.
