Under the guidance of his Italian-native mother, and heavily influenced by his travels throughout Italy, Jake Imperiale opened Bella Napoli in 2001 to meet Kansas City's need for authentic Italian food, wine and market goods. Jake hand selects each product for Bella's deli and market and every item is imported from Italy. Wander across the room and you'll be immersed in an atmosphere as authentically Italian as it gets. An integral element of Bella Napoli, the pizzeria offers a variety of traditional Italian dishes.

We always have great food and service at Bella Napoli! You have to try their ragu de manza, tiramisu and chocolate cake.

What a true gem among local dining restaurants in Kansas City. The Branzino was perfectly cooked, (crisp skin with tender, flavorful fish) which showcased the chef's expertise. The ravioli was equally delicious. What truly sets Bella Napoli apart is the service. From the moment we walked in, the staff ensured every detail was handled with so much care. Cole, the manager, stopped by multiple times to ensure everything was great. Highly recommend it for authentic Italian cuisine with a local touch and exceptional service.

I took my dad to Bella on Halloween. We sat by the window and could see families trick or treating in the nearby neighborhoods. Our minestrone soup was warm and delicious. The peas in it were bright green and gave it a fresh pop. I had melanzane which is my favorite dish and it was prepared perfectly and just the right portion. My dad had bolognese. Also done very nicely. Our server was friendly and efficient and the noise level was chatty, but not loud. Overall a great experience.

We had the special appetizer and main dish and it was 10/10. Service, atmosphere, wine, price was all exceptional. We highly recommend Bella Napoli!
