   The quality and creativity of the food is good. The backup Services were poor. The facility was out of the ordered wine, and it took at least 20 minutes for somebody to come and ask for another selection. Then, for my glass, because I hesitated about what to order, they offered a taste, which was nice, but that produced another 15-minute wait for a glass of wine, so the appetizer was eaten while we waited. The other thing was getting food out of the kitchen was very slow. The front staff was there in abundance, but they needed help getting the food out and communicating what's happening with the bar.

   Bella Café is a really comfortable place to eat. My only quibble is that they have the same menu for lunch and dinner. As often as I eat there, I would appreciate a little more choice and some variation in what they offer. That being said, the food is always good and the service is very pleasant.
