The Beehive is an underground Bohemian eatery and bar featuring fabulous cuisine, libations, artwork and world class live music. Nestled below the Boston Center for the Art’s historic Cyclorama in Boston’s South End, we are conveniently located to local theaters, the Calderwood Pavilion as well as Boston's Theater district. The Beehive serves the eclectic fare of Chef Ryan Skeen - rustic comfort food infused with American and Mediterranean influences. Fun that they offer a blues brunch, but unfortunately the band was on break for the first 45 minutes of our time there. Food was OK. Not incredible, but the vibe was good. Service was excellent!!

The hostesses who greeted us were very friendly and pleasant. Our server was prompt and service was quick. The jazz band was fabulous and nice to listen to, overall a very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend

The vibe of the Beehive is unmatched, with live jazz music and great cocktails. The menu is a little bit random, but we ordered the muscles and they were delicious. We had a great server and could've stayed the whole night just to hang out!

Great ambience and music with live 3 piece band. The food was delicious. We had the Farm Vegetable Cheese Frittata and the Baked French Toast. While the music was great, it was difficult to talk as we were seated near the band. I would ask for a different table further from the entertainment next time. We will definitely go again.

It was the Saturday brunch with Eduardo Betancourt we were excited to enjoy. Once seated, our server, JP could not have been more wonderful! Knowledgeable, engaging and the perfect amount of attentive. The BEST avocado toast I’ve enjoyed in ages!! The tuna tartare addition was next level. We will be returning for Mr. Betancourt, that avocado toast and hopefully a seat in JP’s section. Thank you Beehive! It was a special occasion we were celebrating and our experience exceeded expectations.

Best burguer ever! Exquisite! The server was super nice and the music great too we arrived at 8:45pm it was perfect the music started around 9:15pm The tuna tartar is also good, and the mezcal drink was my favorite!

The band started an hour late & the mgr sent my server TWICE to ask me to vacate the table when I went there to enjoy the music. I ordered chicken wings & instead of wing drumsticks they served chicken legs. The music was good & the server was good so it wasn't a completely negative experience.
