Nestled below the Boston Center for the Art’s historic Cyclorama in Boston’s South End, we are conveniently located to local theaters, the Calderwood Pavilion as well as Boston's Theater district. Great drinks - disappointing food - disappointing music. Was Thanksgiving so very busy which was to be expected but had such high hopes going in and it missed the mark on every aspect.

It’s great that restaurants like this offer opportunities for couples to get out on holidays! The food was nicely portioned and well thought through I loved the variety in options. My short rib was excellent! The live jazz was top notch highlight of the evening. I love the Beehive it’s great year round. If I had one critique the drinks were awful. Take the winter Paloma off the menu entirely.

Appetizers, dinners, and drinks were great! Dessert was horrible. Our family celebrates Thanksgiving every year at the Beehive and we can't figure out why the desserts are so bad!!

Just a great vibe at the Beehive. We went for the first time on Thanksgiving. Great food (and generous portions) friendly and efficient service and fantastic live music. We will be back for sure!

We went for jazz brunch before the theater and it was lively and festive. We all ended up getting the Eggs Benedict and a variety of coffee. The waitress was great and accommodated any manner of hot/iced, regular/decaf, with different creamers. She was wonderful. The food came out quick and hot and they also accommodated our desire to get next door to the theater efficiently. The bartenders, too, were lovely while we waited for our table. All in all a quick but fulfilling experience.

Waitstaff was trying to get us out the door from the moment we sat down. it went from uncomfortable to outright infuriating. it's not like we were cheap either - two apps, two mains, and three drinks for two of us. i know it's saturday night but the food is expensive enough, let us enjoy it.

I am very disappointed, I went there for my birthday and was asked my waitress if they did anything for birthdays she replied that they don’t. My dessert was brought out by someone else not my waitress. A few minutes later the couple next to me with a different waitress brought them a cake with a candle. I was very upset. I wrote on my reservation prior I was coming for my birthday. When the waitress was confronted she said she was unaware and that she did not have time to put a candle in the cake. I have never been anywhere where that has happened to me very very disappointed in the service! The food and ambiance were spectacular though!
