Beatrix is a neighborhood coffeehouse, restaurant and meeting place in Chicago’s River North, Streeterville, Fulton Market and Oak Brook neighborhoods. The restaurant is the brainchild of Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises’ Founder Rich Melman, Executive Partner and Divisional President Marc Jacobs and Chef Partners John Chiakulas, Rita Dever and Susan Weaver. The menu features healthy meets delicious options, and is known for its iconic coffee and bakery counter, including signature cookies, in-house pastry favorites and our house blends from Beatrix Coffee Roasters, featuring Light, Dark, Espresso and Decaf roasts.

Great food and staff !! Didn’t like the service charge and when we split our bill 4 ways we all got the same amount. Almost $4. Food is already expensive and has gone up but to add a service charge on top feels excessive. When asked the server removed it. It is a loud place so keep that in mind.

The atmosphere was beautiful. The restaurant was VERY crowded so reservations are definitely recommended. The service was wonderful and the food/drinks were out quickly. Great experience. 10/10

Great spot for a nice brunch with friends. The food was delish. Everyone found something on the menu that was just what they had a taste for. Great flavors and wonderful touches make it a unique and delicious dining experience.
