Beardslee House is a great place for a leisurely, good meal. The small plates are great and tasty and they have a pretty good Happy hour menu too Nice atmosphere and efficient and friendly staff

We’ve been here just twice for brunch and it was delicious. The tempura bacon is especially amazing as is the bottomless mimosa. Yummy!

This review is based upon the restaurant not turning off their reservation system during a multi day power outage within the region. Our reservation was accepted and we drove 30 minutes only to find the restaurant was closed. (Much of the surrounding area had power so we didn’t think to call). Major and unnecessary oversight that wasted our time and gas.

Wait staff failed to refill water, failed to ask if another drink, food came out wrong, wrong condiments, no to-go box was offered. When requested a to-go box, none was brought.

We had a lovely breakfast with great service. We'll definitely be back. The 20% auto gratuity was posted clearly, but then also brought up twice by the server. That was a little... awkward. Not sure why auto gratuity is necessary for a two top breakfast, but I wasn't going to get up and leave because of it. Just thought it came up too often.

All day happy hour on Monday is a nice value and worth scheduling. Service charge is an awkward attempt to get 20 + 5% tipping over stated prices , which are plenty high 6 days a week. Just mostly awkward with a special card about and mention of it. see how many reviews mention it. Food and beer is generally good though. The $9 fries ! are very good.

Dishonest pricing - when the price on the menu is NOT what you pay (assuming tax and gratuitous tip) due to a service charge - is very annoying and disorienting. It's just a trick to get people to pay more. Beardslee Public House does this with a 20% fee, and it's very annoying. Why can't it just do honest pricing?

Came here for Sunday brunch with a party of 5 including my 1-year old granddaughter. The place is spacious, with ample daylight and it was very comfortable for us. Lots of other families were there as well. A very large menu for both beverages and food. Bottomless mimosas for $22. Yes please! Excellent Bloody Marys for $10. They also have a brew pub and a distillery on premises so the selection and the offerings are very good. All of the dishes in my party were plentiful and delicious. We'll be back!
