Established in 2011, Barrio Queen combines authentic service with traditional Mexican flavors to create an immersive and satisfying dining experience. This spot was named one of the "Best New Restaurants in America" by Esquire and features a unique take on tacos, burritos, tortas and other regional favorites. Not always perfect but always good food and great drinks. My favorite Mexican in Scottsdale. Our server today was excellent, very attentive and also helpful on selections for my guest.

Guacamole table side is a must. Fresh flavourful and fantastic. Tried tacos from each categories one better than the last. Some Chimichangas and an el pastor entree with beans and rice. All stellar. Great ambiance service was friendly and on point even being her first day on the job. Absolute must the Habanero salsa Full of flavour with some heat.

Food was delicious and outside seating was very comfortable. Benefit was it was quieter than inside. Service was slow to start, but staff was friendly and helpful.
