   The food was average. The food is pricey. My networking group has met here twice per month for the past 6 months and the restaurant cannot seem to get down a rhythm to serve us timely and efficiently.

   Management needs to seriously staff better on Fridays so customers can actually get service and relax and enjoy. Overpriced, mid food. Could be so much better. Sad.

    Barrio Queen used to be my “go to” for good Mexican food at a moderate price. I know you can always expect a somewhat disappointing experience at any restaurant, if you go often. However; this was the second time in the last three visits, that either the food or service was not good. This time everyone’s food was lukewarm AT BEST. The waiter we had was exceptional, and was very apologetic that the food came out that way. We ate what we could of the barely warm food, and thanked him for caring. We will not be back, maybe drive a little further and go to the downtown Gilbert location?
