   Food & Service was just great. Dining area was not comfortable as the windows did not buffer the cold winter temperatures.

   A perfect evening! Our waitress was cordial and very attentive, without being intrusive. The ambiance was delightful and I don’t think I’ve ever felt more relaxed in a restaurant. The “Simple Salad” with lemon vinaigrette and shaved manchego was fresh and could easily have been shared by two. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his Delmonico ribeye which was well seasoned and juicy. I am going to be dreaming about my lobster and crab stuffed shrimp until we return in the summer. This restaurant is an absolute “must dine here” place. Our new favorite in DC!

   Incredible date night this past Saturday. My boyfriend and I got the Caesar salad to share, I got the Short rib and he got the pasta bolognese. Incredible atmosphere, incredibly cozy.

   We had a great time celebrating our anniversary of first date. Steaks were excellent all the veggie side dishes were Devine the champagne was a great start and the carrot cake went well with total experience. We love barringer’s

   The restaurant is a beautiful old building wonderfully maintained and modernized however the old windows let it a lot of cold air. Our service was slow and the food was cool but the time it arrived at the table the flavors of the food were fantastic. Overall a good experience but not as amazing at it has been in the past.

   The new manager is fantastic and extremely nice young lady who came up to our table and greeted us that she knew us from another restaurant. The waiter was fantastic and we rarely and I mean rarely ever return food and my steak was just not cooked correctly. He handled it immediately and swiftly and professionally, and there was no scene. There was no anger it was just handled briefing should be Quite frankly. I talk fast and probably miss led him that I wanted my steak medium well not medium rare either way he handled it unbelievably well. The only complaint we would have is it was extremely cold and my wife even had to eat with her gloves on and she sat next to a window and it was freezing. I sat across from her obviously, and I will say I don’t mind the coldness. It was even uncomfortable for me Maybe some blinds for the windows who knows but otherwise we always come back to this place. We love it.
