   Overall the restaurant deserves a solid 8/10. I’m basing this review on my wife’s feedback as she is from Peru. Food: The meals were flavorful, yet my wife felt let down. I had high expectations that the Chef would impress her on our special date night. She chose the Lomo Saltado, which had tender meat and a delightful flavor. However, the letdown— and this is significant— is that a high-end Peruvian restaurant should not serve frozen fries! That's unacceptable for Peruvian cuisine. Lomo Saltado should feature fresh ingredients made on-site. (Or as she put it, "if you’re going to use frozen fries, at least use steak fries.”) I had the Arroz con Mariscos, which was quite tasty with a nice amount of seafood, rating it 8/10. We also ordered a Leche de Tigre, and that was how food should taste! Bravo! It was so delicious; it felt more like Ceviche than Leche de Tigre, but it was AMAZING! The ingredients were perfectly balanced, with canchita, choclo, and just the right amount of heat. Just a suggestion for the kitchen: if a customer asks for aji, please keep the seeds and veins in the Ajimoto or Rocoto. I found it lacked heat. Drinks: We enjoyed the Pisco Sour, which was excellent and delicious! Service: 10/10—quick and very good.

   We had cocktails, ceviche and entrees for a Valentines dinner. The Lady cocktail was one of the best I’ve had. Didn’t expect the smoothie texture. Loved the balance of lime and cucumber. Fish ceviche was fabulous, so flavorful with a touch of jalapeno heat. Id get the adobo again but the seafood paella wasn’t as impressive in terms of quality and flavor. Overall excellent service, enjoyed the open bright ambiance more than Parada, would go back for sure.

   Good food and prompt service. A little chilly if you're sitting near the front door, which tends to stay open if people don't close it behind them.

   The food was not as good as the last time we were there about a year ago. The Caesar salad was not well dressed. The tuna tartare was just fine- the chips were delicious! But the empanadas were disappointing. The dough was not fully cooked on a few of them. Service was great- friendly guy who could tell we were there to catch up and left us alone to be deep in conversation. But I was disappointed in the quality of the food this time around.

   The food was outstanding. Not many people in restaurant, but enough. Only one person serving the tables…NOT ENOUGH! He tried and was gracious but couldn’t meet the demand well. The music was extremely loud. All that said, we would absolutely return!

   Enjoyed our evening very much. Our server, Dusty was pleasant and efficient. Food came quickly. I had the mixed fish Cerviche which had a large variety of fish! Was good but a little spicy for my tastes, maybe not for someone else. My husband had grilled pulpo and blue mashed potatoes . Was very tasty. Had a lovely bottle of Portuguese wine- 50% Tannat and 50% Torriga Nationale. Very nice . Had had these grapes when in Portugal several years ago. Enjoyed our evening very much.
