   My Sunday brunch/lunch today at THE BARKING DOG was absolutely perfect. I arrived very early for my reservation and was seated inside. This was a plus today because the temp was freezing. Everyone was very friendly and considerate. The Matre d' stopped by our table. My salad was delicious, and my son's egg special looked delicious as well. We had more than enough time, since we were seeing a matinee at the WORLD STAGES next door. We doddled at our table and no one rushed us. A perfect combination of concerned and prompt service, outstanding cuisine, and a relaxed ambiance. The presence of numerous delightful dogs added to this ambience, and I do love dogs.

   This was my first visit. Family friendly, bright ambience, service staff including server and host were phenomenal. We had two young children and kids absolutely loved the food.

   This place was absolutely beautiful with lovely decor and heat lamps to enjoy the outside dining even in winter. Our waiter, Kris, was so sweet to our dog companion, and gave him a treat upon entering. Unfortunately, my burger came out a bit overcooked, but they were so willing and kind in replacing it. It was really such a nice experience and we loved the fries!

   The wait staff was friendly and polite. The lettuce in the Caesar salad wasn’t great quality, pretty yellow. French toast was great but the menu listed it to come with a side of fruit and it was a small serving of only cantaloupe and melon. Expected something nicer for $15.99. Location was good.

   Pushy service, fatty steak, raw burger. The waiter yelled at us for pouring our own water from the bottle. They push bottled water over tap. The food is expensive sports bar fare not very well prepared.

   It was a nice restaurant. But I did a reservation ahead of time and they had no tables. I also had a dog and we wanted outdoor sitting and they didn’t have so they needed to put us indoors. Also the manger was there and she’s was a little rude to the employees that were there. In my opinion. But the food was very good.

   Such a great place ! I had brunch here and ordered the Chorizo which was recommended as a frittata and it was amazing. They were very attentive to my dog as well and the pup meal was perfect for my Labrador who is hungry all the time. If you want to try their cocktails i would strongly recommend the Hachiko, Lucy or the Snoop Dog which is perfect for this cold weather. I will definitely come back to have dinner as well, for their Yappy hour.

   Great brunch. Had the Chorizo Omelette and Challah French Toast, both were delicious. Can’t wait to come in beautiful spring weather and enjoy sitting outside.
