   The lady at the front desk didn’t want to sit us without reservation. We wait for 30 minutes and they have tables open until I made the reservation at open table and I was able to sit within 10 minutes. It was very rude

   Had a reservation and were seated in a small room with 4 tables with1 table occupied (diners had 2 small children). There were other preferable seating arrangements available. The staff did move us after we requested a change - and the rest of the evening was enjoyable.

   Overall this was an okay experience. The ambiance was visually appealing however the noise level is somewhat reflective of a highschool cafeteria. My chicken parmigiana was not savory and a bit charred. Our server was great however I’d probably not recommend this establishment if your desire is for a restaurant for a celebratory occasion. Perfect for a quick informal Friday night second choice opfion

   Server knocked over a wine glass into our appetizer and on me and made no apology or replacement. Definitely not worth what we paid. Food was good but when you pay high prices you expect service to match.

   Bar Italia never disappoints! Our server Audrey pays close attention to detail, is very friendly and kind- and the manager Braden is always welcoming!
