Great experience, food and service was terrific. The band, Magnolia Brothers were highly entertaining. A very fun night!

The gumbo had only 2 Small shrimp. The Jordan wine had sediment in it. The red fish was excellent. Clam chowder was good. Thus very spotty quality. The kitchen is inconsistent with lack of attention to detail. No dressing on salad is an example. Bring back firecracker shrimp as an appetizer and improve the crab cake! Every other club in Houston has better food.

The wait time for the food was VERY long. I appreciate that the kitchen and wait staff may have been overwhelmed by the crowd, but the wait was just too long.

The new menu is not really to my liking. The gumbo was good..better than usual. Crabcake tasted mushy and not fully cooked. Slaw was terrible. nothing but an overwhelming taste of vinegar. Ahi tuna was good. I miss the firecracker shrimp.
