This was the worst experience we have ever had at a restaurant. If you are expecting the same vibe as the old location you will be very disappointed like we were. It is nothing like it. Our drinks were terrible and we barely got service. They over charged us for things we didn’t even order. Service was terrible. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

They had no rice, nobody was there but there was a $35 cancellation fee on open table published (prob not enforced). They sell sushi, and didn’t get their rice delivery, really?

I had eaten at the old Bang Bang location multiple times and always enjoyed it and recommended it to others. This first visit to the new location couldn’t have been much worse. We were seated upstairs with one of other group and while there were several tables on either side of the room, we were seated right next to the only other people there. The speakers in the area weren’t working and it is too bright, so our tables could hear everything the other was saying and it felt like we were seated together. The Menu looked pretty much the same so we ordered some of our favorites. The wings came up with a difficult to penetrate breading and the Gyoze were rock hard and served with seemed to be a watered down soy sauce. The fried rice came and had no flavor. The rollls were next and were mushy, not wrapped well, and tasted bad. I HATE complaining but our server, Jesse, was such a good guy, we just had to be honest with him. We didn’t eat most of our food and they discounted it all, but other than Jesse being a great guy and being very apologetic, the experience was bad and I can’t imagine going again unless they can turn things around. And I do honestly hope they do, but until they do, and advertise the changes so everyone knows, you should skip it.

Enjoyed our dining experience at the prior location and thought this would be similar. It was not. The hostess appeared to have trouble finding our reservation and seemed to feel that we were an annoying interruption to her day. She was rude and dismissive. Our waitress in sharp contrast was friendly and kind. She was charming. However she did not know her job. We ordered drinks. Half the party decided right away. The other half were still deciding, so she put in a partial order. We were a small party of four and we still ate at separate times. Drinks arrived after the food. She mentioned that it was because of a large group there, but we were the only other party in the entire restaurant besides the large party, which was only about 12 people. The food was tasty. The waitress seemed to be trying, but we had to ask for water refills. Our impression was that at this location you aren’t interested in being a restaurant. You just want to be a club. We didn’t come for that.

We loved the experience at the old location. New location is in prime spot, but felt different. QR menu is great, but our cell reception to pull up the menu wasn't good at the back of restaurant and didn't have WiFi setup yet to connect too. Finally was able to get the menus up on our phones and tried ordering some of their signature drinks but was out of certain liquors including their whiskey flight. Ordered Calamari as an appetizer and came out cold. Sushi boat was good but nothing special but good size for 4 people. Waitress did her best so nothing against her other then getting the calamari out warm. Drinks for 4 took almost 15 mins to be made and they were not that busy. Wish I could write more positive things but don't think we will be back. It's too bad cause we really did like this place before.

Awesome food! Everything we ate was great. Drinks are questionable. Orders a dirty martini….Bar tender made a tequila martini, we sent it back and then they reused the same cups without cleaning and the same olives with tequila on them, so it was very gross as you can imagine. We sent them back again. The server was awesome, seemed a little new so probably why he didn’t catch the mistake. The tequila had a strong smell.

Hi Tammi, Thank you for your review and for letting us know how much you enjoyed the food. I apologize for the mix-up with your drinks, and I appreciate your understanding regarding the situation. We’ll be addressing this with our bar staff to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Glad to hear your server took good care of you, and we hope to see you again soon for a better overall experience.
