My experience was not pleasant. I was shocked because I’d been there before and had an amazing time. I had a 8:30 reservation and I will admit I was 9 minutes late. I called and let them know and they said ok. I didn’t realize the parking was so bad in the area. When we arrived they told us to sit at the bar. They said they were clearing a table and they would be with us shortly. I sat at the bar from 8:39 until 9:45. I was very patient and did not complain. However, Over an hour wait for a table with a reservation is bizarre. The waitress was very nice and apologetic. She said she noticed us waiting at the bar and she extended her apologies. The appetizers came COLD. My date ate his wings because he was starving but I sent my cod fish fritters back. When the entrees came I could not eat my food. The jerk pork was entirely too spicy. To the point where I had to get milk on the way home because it gave me heart burn. Again, I’ve enjoyed my past experience but this one was just not it. I hope to try them again but not in the near future.

I have never been to a place so confiscated and chic as Bambo Walk. The customer service was very great and professional. All the personnel was so welcoming and the food was exquisite❤️ I went there with my mom for her birthday and everything was so perfect. I will go back and I highly recommend Bambo Walk to those who want a classic and romantic place to date and have fun. I really enjoy the good vibes, the best place ever👌❤️😍

Everything was great my husband really enjoy his birthday there.The waiter was great on time respectful,patient and funny.The Dj was great very friendly and made sure everyone had a taste of there own culture.The food was on time and it was great my husband said the oxtail beat his favorite restaurant.overall we had a great time and we was able to walk out with a smile and with a mind set of going back even if it's just because thank all the staff keep up the great work.
