I took my elderly mother who needed disabled toilet access for wheelchair. I had to move tables stacked up in toilet area to be able to access disabled toilets as not enough room. Not good enough.., staff saw me moving them and disinterested.

Celebrating a birthday and the staff took the time to wish a happy birthday and gave a free drink at the end of the meal. Food was delicious, staff were great, a good time was had!
