   Had a 7pm reservation. Was not seated until 815pm. Team was extremely apologetic and provided comp champagne and apps to apologize for the wait which was grateful appreciated.

   There was an extremely loud group of women seated at the bar when we came in. And by loud, I mean, they were literally shouting at each other. My partner and I came in to celebrate a special occasion, and we’re not only sat in the section by the loud women, but right next to the server station. It wasn’t really a nice place to celebrate that special occasion. When I asked the woman who seated us if we could, please be sat in a part of the restaurant that was less loud because there were women at the bar shouting at each other, she told me “they’ve been here since brunch and there’s nothing we can really do about it and we’re fully obligated for the night so this is your table.“ It was kind of frustrating that nobody in management really stepped in to make the women aware that they were very loud and affecting others dining experience. And it was frustrating that we were sat at a table that was not ideal given the fact that we were celebrating a special occasion. Additionally, the server wasn’t attentive at all really. We ordered a bottle and he walked by our table multiple times when our glasses were empty and didn’t stop to refill them. I ended up refilling our glasses for myself and my partner. Given the price points on your menu and what people spend to come in and dine, I would expect an ambience where no one is shouting, and where servers are attentive

   My wife took me here for my birthday and it was a grand time. Our server was the best ever. The experience was a homerun from the pita bread and hummus down to the baklava. Our appetizers and main course were very delicious and a good size serving as well. We would definitely return here for a power lunch one of these evenings. Also the ambiance is amazing! Feels like you’re in Greece.

   The service was horrible. They seated us at a table for five, even though we had a reservation for six. They insisted our reservation was for five until I showed them the confirmation, which clearly stated it was for six. We kept changing tables until we were finally seated at one for six. To make matters worse, it was my birthday, and they gave me a ‘Happy Birthday’ post with someone else’s name on it. Easily the worst birthday experience I’ve ever had.

   The noise level here is beyond belief. And it's not just the voice level. There is a pounding beat -- some might call it music -- that never, NEVER stops. I am sorry we did not turn around and walk out immediately.

   The food was great, but unfortunately, the service fell short of expectations. Everything started off well, but things changed when we ordered a bottle of white wine. When it was brought to the table, we let the waiter know it was room temperature. Rather than offering a proper solution or even an apology, they simply brought out a glass of ice. As someone who works in the restaurant industry, I know the standards that should be upheld—especially at a place of this caliber. Serving warm white wine and offering ice as a fix is simply unacceptable and not something I would have expected here.

    The restaurant was top notch. The grilled octopus was good and the lamb chops and the lobster pasta were delicious. We will definitely be returning. 10 out of 10!
