   Our bartender Dimas was awesome; very attentive, genuine, and the drinks he made us were great. We went to Baire's to take advantage of the happy hour and it was a great value. We will definitely be back for another happy hour and dining in general (we've eaten at Baire's before and love the menu overall).

   Wonderful as always. Juan carlos was our server 100 all the way . Service was amazing from all staff as was the food.

    The food was good, not great but good. They played a loud happy birthday song several times with the volume going up and down. We just about had to ask for a server…we waited an unacceptable time to even order drinks. The restaurant was out of the first wine we picked. Overall a mediocre experience.
