    Honestly we didn’t have a good experience. We were seated promptly which was nice in a beautiful booth but that’s where the good stuff ended. Food is way over salted and doesn’t come out hot. Dinner took almost 2 hours to come out. Our waitress ignored us mostly and she was very uncommunicative. I can’t recommend this restaurant although towards the end of the evening Kendra came to check on us and was lovely and made lots of apologies for the issues. She was the star for Bad roman.

    The food is good but this was my second visit there with terrible service. Waited at the host stand for too long even with a reservation. The waiter didn't talk to us at all. We had to flag down a busser to take our order and she ended up doing most of heavy lifting for us even though she made clear she was not our waiter. Our drink came after our food. The last time I was there, I waited over an hour for my meal. I thought it was a fluke and came back but the service just seems bad.

    What a wonderful experience . Food was delicious and our server was phenomenal . Must get the whipped ricotta , and the lemon cheescake dessert !

    I know my digestive intolerance is not common - garlic allergy - but there were no options on the menu other than steamed fish or raw oyster without mignonette or cocktail sauce or a steak. I saw the person at the table next to me receive a dry piece of filet mignon on an absolutely dry plate... like wiped clean dry. Sorry. For me, that's unacceptable. Any professional chef should be able to present a delicious, simple dish without garlic. It's fundamental. They just didn't even want to try. They didn't care at all that we left to go eat at another restaurant. No remorse or apology. Terrible service. And the photos on the website do not represent the decor at all. I expected something exciting. It was super basic. I don't recommend, unless you're addicted to garlic. In that case, enjoy.
