   Came here with a group of 6. We ordered food and drinks in a few different rounds. As we were sharing pizzas and chatting, all of a sudden a to-go box showed up and our remaining pizza was literally boxed up right in front of us without asking and the server simultaneously asked if we wanted dessert while dropping the check. We were shocked to learn that our table was almost up and we needed to leave. At no point were we told that there was a time limit associated with our table. We had only been there just over 90 minutes, spending over $500. We were even still waiting on another glass to share the bottle of wine we hadn’t finished yet. We were eventually told we had a half hour before we had to leave but the server had already boxed up our remaining pizza and dropped the check. Everyone in the group really enjoyed the food and the ambiance but we all left with a bit of a sour taste in our mouths based on the inexplicably abrupt service. And even though the food was very good, I would have a tough time recommending this restaurant to others based on this experience.

   We love the whole package of food, location, ambiance, vibe! After eating here a few times, I'm looking forward to a fresh spring menu, though everything we've had has been delicious. Highly recommend the burrata appetizer, every one of the salads, and the seared fish. Fabulous!

   We loved this place! Were attending a concert at the Masonic, and it was a nice walk! Very charming place with great atmosphere. We had the shishito peppers and two delicious pizzas (Nob Hill and Hot Honey). Bothe were very tasty! Our entire party commented on how much they liked this wonderful gem!

   We tried Back to Back for the first time on Valentine’s Day. It was prix fixe menu. The restaurant is cute but it was so cold in the restaurant. The servers were gracious and attentive. The menu was supposed to be family style but unfortunately each serving was the size for a single person. I usually do not eat a lot but even for me it was too little. We shared a tuna carpaccio which was very good but appeared to be for 1 person, the cauliflower slice was luke warm, we had to add for an extra charge an additional plate of potatoes which were good. The most galling of all was the entree to be shared by the two of us was 3 scallops. That’s it nothing else on the plate except some sauce. So each of us ate 1.5 scallop!? What ? Then a chocolate something dessert. I know it’s Valentine’s Day so we expected to pay a lot more but pre paid $240 then added extra $60 for water and potatoes. So totally not worth it. The food was good but really 1.5 scallop for an entree?

   Very lovely atmosphere. Service was great Chefs kiss wine was amazing, Tuna tartar was excellent, and Hot honey pizza was well balanced. Good gluten free options

    Excellent food, and great location . We arrived right at 5:00 when they first opening. They sat us right away. The menu is wonderful and the food was excellent.
