One of our favourite restaurants in the area and we are spoilt for choice. A warm welcome which is always appreciated. We always love the olive oil tasting and the menu offers lots of choice even if you have to work your way around a difficult relationship with shellfish. Taste and flavours excellent, as always, and the meal is nicely paced so you don't feel rushed. One of the best wine selections in the area which is always being refreshed. Excellent - go!

Good quality food cooked very well. We were rushed between courses initially, but the Manager addressed this.

Fantastic food and great atmosphere. We took my very picky mum to embrace her birthday and she loved it. The staff were very helpful and the team was great at helping us. We felt very welcomed to be there.

The table was really small and downstairs. It almost seemed an add on, stuffed down the side by the stairs. The monkfish was overcooked and had a flaky texture which was odd as monkfish should not have that consistency. The gnocchi and mushroom was very salty but also very spicy. Neither dishes were eaten as they were not palatable. We did speak with the waiter and advised the dishes were not good which was a shame as we have had good experiences the last times we attended. We did not get charged for the food and even though we offered to pay for the drink they declined this as well.
