   I came here with my mom for her birthday. We made a reservation outside but when we arrived my mom thought the heaters were frying her head so even though the waiter offered to turn the heat down she opted to eat inside. Inside is dark with a tiny candle on the table. Be prepared to turn on your phone light and bring you reading glasses for the tiny menu font! It's a cute cozy atmosphere but the table for two was so tiny. Our waitress was lovely and explained all the happy hour sales. Basically you get $2-$3 off all drinks and food. The food and drinks are very pricey so every bit helps and you should really get there before 6PM. We arrived at 5PM and put our order in for 5 food items and 2 drinks. The waitress let us know that food comes out when it's done in random order. This is good since our table can only hold one food item or 2 max at a time. We enjoyed our drinks and food and I recommend getting a take out box so that you can save some otherwise I would have been too full to eat the next dishes. We had eaten all of the four dishes and the fifth one (seabass) never came out. The waitress came by and asked us if we wanted the check. I explained we had been waiting for the fifth item but then asked if she could cancel it since it never came out. She came back and said they canceled it and gave me the check. I was disappointed they didn't do anything for my mother's B-day. However I was even more upset they charged me full price! I had read on yelp that other customers complained about being charged full price at HH and I'm suspicious this happens not by accident. I had to complain again. She came back a while later and said they lowered the bill a bit. For these reasons I had to give this restaurant only 3 stars. Food is great but not worth the hassle of everything.

   Service was non-exist. Had to ask for water several times and ended up until the end of the meal gave up on ordering dessert because nobody came back.

   This is my second year hosting my salon holiday party here!!! I did a brunch, instead of dinner this year!!! And again!!!! DIDN’T DISAPPOINT!!! We had an amazing time! Food was fantastic, Service was fantastic, Ambiance Fantastic!!!!!! We were served complementary Prosecco with beautiful flower petals!! I SO FREAKING LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Just when I think it couldn’t get any better, IT DID!!!!!! Thank you Bacari for ALWAYS making my personal and business dining experience ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

   Unfortunately, our experience at was disappointing. The service left much to be desired, as the food took an unusually long time to arrive. Even more frustrating, only one person in our party of three received their meal first, while the other two were left waiting for an additional 15 minutes. While we understand the concept of tapas involves dishes coming out as they’re ready, we expected better coordination so that everyone could enjoy their food together. This staggered and slow service put a damper on our brunch. We hope the restaurant can work on improving the timing and overall dining experience moving forward.

   If you're choosing a Bacari location, the Sherman Oaks spot is hands down the best of them all! This was my first visit, and even though we had driven a long way for jazz night--which was unfortunately canceled due to circumstances beyond the restaurant's control--the experience was nothing short of amazing. Our server, Justin, went above and beyond, earning all the gold stars in my book. The entire staff worked together to turn what could have been a disappointing evening into a truly memorable one. I was absolutely royally impressed! It's clear that this team is dedicated to delivering a five-star experience. A special shoutout to Jocelyn, the sweetest and most accommodating staff member, for making us feel so welcomed. This Bacari location truly sets the bar high. Can't wait to return!

    Although we had a reservation we had to wait to be seated which was fine until we were sat at a table whose chairs were not just low but sunken in. Our chins were barely above the table. I was surprised they sat anyone there. Cute place. Bar was good.
