   I thought about leaving reviews as I heard about how impactful it can be. I’m sorry but the service is so bad I had the booking at 7.15 I was there at 7.10 the table want ready for 30 min We asked for water that never came. Sauce was given after asking 3 times We saw other customers complaining as well and left the table I want to support local business but this is lacking process and management unfortunately

   We had dinner at Bab Mansour - despite having a confirmed booking, when we arrived they did not have a table for us as someone had been taken ill and was asleep at our table. after twenty minutes they woke up and returned to their table to resume their dinner. We were seated and waited ages to order - there was no alcohol served as it was the start of Ramadan. Eventually our order arrived - not necessarily what we ordered but close enough and the food was good. The restaurant did apologies for the delay on arrival and dropped the service charge from the bill. Disappointing overall.

   The service was excellent, the staff very friendly. The ambiance and decor was lovely, maybe a bit ‘tired’ in places. The food was delicious!!! I had the lamb tagine…melt in the mouth!

   Very slow service but food and ambience 10/10. The waiter was not entirely attentive and forgot the bill a fair few times but was very nice.

   Went here for first time Saturday evening- good service and nice atmosphere. Food was excellent - perhaps the portions were slightly small but overall we enjoyed eating here and eating traditional Moroccan food. We had mint tea to finish off. The restaurant is quite small and we sat downstairs but it made it a cosy atmosphere.

    Really enjoyable meal, outstanding service from our waiter. The restaurant was extremely busy but he really looked after us.
