Beautiful atmosphere, beautiful place, the menu is really small, not a lot of choices, the dishes are very small, and are ok not more than that. Nice place to party, but don't come hungry, we were still hungry when we left. Very expensive!

One of the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. The service was horrible from the server to both managers I had encountered. By the way they don’t tell you about a 20% gratuity. I don’t mind giving a nice tip when the service is good. The managers response when I had explained that the server should not get 20% tip was I shouldn’t go if I can’t afford it. Also false advertisement on the shows which there was no shows.

We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your recent visit. We strive to provide exceptional service to all our guests, and we regret to hear that your expectations were not met on this occasion. Regarding the 20% gratuity, we would like to clarify that it is a standard practice in many establishments in Beverly Hills to include gratuity in the bill. This information is usually communicated to customers either through the menu or verbally by the staff. We apologize if there was any confusion in this regard. As for the entertainment offerings, e may not have had the specific fire show on the night of your visit, we did have other entertainment options such as dancers, a DJ, and a tribal marker artist. We apologize if this did not meet your expectations.

The lounge had a cool vibe and they had a good DJ. The food was average. The service was pretty bad and the reason for my low rating. We got the drink menu and noticed it was different from what we saw online. The waitress did not let us order cocktails or a glass of whiskey. She mentioned that we were only allowed to order bottle service or pitchers even though the table next to us had cocktails on their table. This was very inconvenient as I wanted to order a glass of whiskey on the rocks and was forced to order a pitcher of a mixed drink that I didn’t care for. Later in the night I asked my waitress if we had met our minimum spend and she said we already did. When I got the check I noticed that they charged us for an item that we never ordered, never received and wasn’t even on the menu. I asked them to remove it and the waitress declined and said if they removed it we would not meet our minimum spend. I asked for a dessert menu so I can order something and meet our minimum spend but she said the kitchen was already closed and they can’t do anything about it. She essentially wanted us to pay for the item we never received just so we can meet our minimum without offering us an option to order more. I had asked her earlier if we met the minimum specifically to know if we need to order more food or not. On top of that, they added a 20% gratuity for a table of 2 people that was not mentioned anywhere when I booked the reservation or on the menu. I asked for a manager to get this sorted out. The manager tried explaining to me that since the pandemic every restaurant adds gratuity to their bills. I have been to tons of restaurants over the past few years and have not seen restaurants charge gratuity for a small party of 2. Eventually they brought over a fruit plate for us to meet our minimum spend and removed the gratuity. Overall, I would probably not come here again. The place had a cool ambience which we enjoyed and is the only reason I didn’t give 1 Star.

We apologize for the subpar service you encountered at AYA, as this does not align with our usual standards. As indicated online, the experience after 10pm transitions into a supper lounge setting, which was the reservation you made. The cocktails present on other tables were likely remnants from the dinner service, as all patrons are expected to order bottle service or cocktail pitchers after 10pm, given our establishment's nature as a night lounge. The 20% service charge is a standard requirement to ensure our team is properly compensated for their efforts. For a more cost-effective experience, we recommend joining us at 8pm for our dinner service on your next visit and we will ensure a better experience. Thank you for your understanding.

Ambiance was nice and music was fun. Bench seats were not comfortable for tall ish people 5’8”, my knees hit the table. Food was good but portions were way too small for the price. We were asked to leave after 2 hours. We spent $350 and thought that policy was not appropriate. We won’t be going back.

We regret any discomfort you may have experienced due to our low seating arrangements, as we understand this may not be suitable for all guests. Please feel free to request a higher table during your next visit, and we will do our best to accommodate your preference. As communicated during your booking, all dinner tables come with a 2-hour time limit. Additionally, we offer a table minimum to secure any reservations for the entire evening, in which you were offered. We are disappointed to hear that you do not plan on returning, and we apologize for any shortcomings in your recent visit. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.

Over-priced for drinks and appetizers type food. This is not a place if you’re out for dinner. I didn’t like the ambience, in my option it seemed demonic.

It’s a nice hangout vibe. It’s dark but in a good way. House Music playing all night. Tapas style food portions. Not a lot of options for dessert. But overall a cool vibe, nice girls night out or second date vibe.

I had such an amazing experience!! I didn’t realize I had been there before for a red carpet event. First time there for their Friday night belly and fire dances with a DJ! It was all good vibes and a great way to bring in my birthday! The small bites, hookah, DJ, belly dances and staff were impeccable!!! I will be back! We had such an amazing experience.

Honestly I enjoyed the vibes and music. However, the service was not that great as most of the time we were ignored. We had an issue with one bodyguard who accused us of taking picture of his celebrities who I didn’t even know had he not told me. He got even more upset when I said I’ve never heard of them nor I am interested in this celebrity culture. I’m not from LA so I really don’t care. Plus I never filmed them nor were they in my videos! When I spoke to one of waitresses that I was told taking pictures were not allowed she told me no it wasn’t as everyone was taking pictures and videos and dancing. The bodyguard came up again in front the waitress and started shouting at us and threatening us. The waitresses just stood there and did nothing. They honestly looked worried. Eventually he backed down and went back to his clients. The situation made us uncomfortable as he kept on looking at us even though we didn’t do anything wrong. I know it’s not the restaurant fault this happened but there should be a protocol where if there is some issues with filming or if someone ‘famous’ felt someone took a picture of them then a waiter should be informed about the situation and then the waitress/waiter should approach the person and ask to delete pictures or not take any videos of their famous clients. The bodyguard should never be allowed to approach other peoples table as they are very intimadating and rude. Plus one of the waitresses accused me of shouting at her when I disputed the bill as it was very loud I had to speak in a loud voice! No one shouted nor was I angry. Overall, the restaurant had a nice theme and fun vibes but the experience was ruined by the mediocre service and crazy bodyguard (who is not affiliated by the restaurant).
