We’re an Australian restaurant, both in location and in spirit.

We celebrate the incredible, unique ingredients found in this country and the many rich and varied culinary cultures it’s fostered – beginning thousands of years ago with the First Peoples who call this land home.

The experience you’ll have at Attica is informed by all of this, as well as the values we pursue each day: excellence, kindness, creativity and, of course, fun.

    The full price of the tasting menu is $385pp, and your deposit of $150pp will be deducted from this menu price on the evening. We require a deposit towards your food menu of $150pp at the time of booking, and this will be deducted from the total cost of your tasting menu at the conclusion of the evening. This deposit is non-refundable in the case of cancellation due to change of mind (including errors when making bookings online and changes in personal circumstances) or in the event of a no-show.

    Multiple dates available
    Snacks With... is back for a second year! Every Thursday in June, we will open our doors for an a la carte experience where Head Sommelier Dom Robinson invites an eclectic line up of leading winemakers to share their rare finds and favourite wines. The a la carte snacks menu will change for each session, but some highlights include Fried Mussel Gildas, Kangaroo Tartare with Macadamia Puree and Ben's Family Lasagna. Reservations are recommended, but we will set a few seats aside for walk-ins. The line up- Thursday 5th June - Patrick Sullivan & William Downie Thursday 12th June - Jeremy Schmölzer & Tessa Brown, Vignerons Schmölzer & Brown Thursday 19th June - Daniel Airoldi - Australian Wine & Spirits, Wine Importer & Bordeaux Expert Thursday 26th June - Dylan Grigg Vinya Vella, Viticulturist & Wine Maker Thursday 3rd July - Sandra de Pury, Wine Maker Yeringberg Thursday 10th July - Sierra Reed, Wine Maker Reed Wines Please note this is not the regular Attica tasting menu. A small portion of the restaurant is reserved for 'Snacks With...' We will be serving our usual menu in the main dining room.     Food was magnificent but wine pairing was disappointing Just why you would have mid level international wine with an indigenous based menu beggars belief when there is so much good win e in australia. there was also too much white and inadequate red wine served The non alcoholic paired beverages was outstandinhg

    The dinning experience was an opportunity to taste dishes that you would not be able to get anywhere else in Melbourne or possible in Australia. Thanks to the team for allowing us to have an outstanding evening. The wine pairing was excellent. Service of the staff amazing. It was a truely a lovely evening.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our Attica experience. It was fun experiencing unfamiliar flavours, the theme was well thought out and the food was delicious. The service was attentive, we felt very at ease. What a delight!

    A very delicate menu with exclusively sourced Australian ingredients designed to WOW! Intimate seating allows for opportunity to connect, reflect and observe. We really enjoyed The Garden. We ended up leaving prior to the last course being served but were able to get it in a takeaway box.

    The service at attica is generally excellent itjust felt quite tired the other night our drink glasses got cleared no one asked if we wanted another drink I had to ask at the end of the next course was given the drink menu but no one came to take our order at the end of the next course I asked again at the end of the next course we got our drinks 3 courses with out a drink we sat for a while with dirty plates it was just disappointing for a 3 hat restaurant

    I'm so sorry to read this Keith, while we don't hold ourselves against any hat standard, we certainly care about yours. The level we aim for in the attention to detail of our service is far away from what you explain here and I'm really disappointed to know this happened. It's is with feedback such as this however to help us motivate and ensure we improve upon these things, so thank you for letting us know.
