   Love the casino and live bands but not having a good quality tequila (sipping or shots) was disappointing. The lime margarita I purchased was not enjoyable and lack of cocktail choices surprising.

   The food is prepackaged and reheated as was explained to us last night when we asked for a substitution of one of the ingredients. Grilled burgers and french fries are what to be expected, every other meal item, like the curries, salmon or cabbage rolls, come out of a prepackaged bag. Too pricey for fancy fast food. Editing this as I said cabbage rolls and meant lettuce wraps. We asked to substitute mushrooms instead of chicken. They said it was all prepackaged and couldn't do it.

   Hi Jennifer, I'm sorry our service was not up to par for your booking; however, our food is prepared in house, with the customary pre-preparation of many items as is standard practice for all restaurants. When possible, we are happy to make substitutions to any menu item as there are so many varied dietary restrictions our guests may have. Our curry is a recipe from one of our chefs, salmon does come from a bag and is prepared as necessary, and we do not have cabbage rolls on our menu. Thanks, Asylum Management

   We were a table of four. My husband received his food first, then 15-20 min later my friends partner and I received ours, and then 10 minutes later my friend finally received hers. Waitress repeatedly had to check the kitchen to see what was going on. We received 3 vouchers for a future meal but not sure we’ll ever get a chance to use them. Having said that, the food was very good.

   We were seated quickly but were not acknowledged by a waitress for at least 20 minutes. I went up to the bar and ordered drinks and was able to wave down a server. After sitting there for 30 plus minutes we finally was able to order our food. When we did get served they were friendly and the food was delicious.

   We were disappointed with the atmosphere of the restaurant. It was more like a cafeteria than a restaurant. How ever the service was good, friendly staff, the food was okay. We probably wouldn't go again .

   We 3 went to see the music group Double Overtime who were fantastic and kept the dance floor rocking the whole time. We had dinner, which was excellent. Fish and chips (highly recommended), lettuce chicken wraps (have to like that kind of thing) and steak (a little small but delicious. The music did not disappoint! Would def recommend. Also chips and salsa so good we ordered a second helping! We will be back!!

   Excellent time for my 50th!! Excellent food, drinks and service! The only slight complaint was that the band’s sound was a bit loud so it was hard to hear conversations sometimes. Overall we loved it and thank you for giving me an incredibly fun 50th!!

    We had our get together here at Asylum Restaurant . The service was satisfying as their staff was very nice and accommodating our server is Danni very friendly . For their foods, we all enjoyed it and mutually agreed that it was delicious and satisfying our experience was very pleasant. We are planning to come back here for a birthday celebration .
