    One of our favorite Santurce restaurants. We love the Thai Carbonara, the best carbonara we've ever eaten. Don't miss this place, plus fabulous craft cocktails.

    fantastic Peruvian-Thai fusion restaurant. the experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere set the tone for a memorable night — warm, inviting, with a perfect blend of ambient lighting and vibrant décor. The music was an eclectic mix that added to the overall vibe without overpowering the conversation. The Food: We started with a unique twist on pizza — the Huancaína Pizza with churrasco steak. It was a delightful fusion of creamy huancaína sauce, perfectly melted cheese, and tender slices of churrasco steak. Every bite had a perfect balance of flavors, showcasing the chef’s creativity in combining Peruvian and Thai influences. The cheese fried fritters were golden and crispy on the outside, with a gooey, cheesy interior that was pure comfort in every bite. The Drinks: The Lavender Martini was a standout. It was beautifully presented and had a delicate floral aroma that paired wonderfully with its refreshing taste. It’s the kind of drink you could sip on all night — smooth, balanced, and not overly sweet. Service & Ambience: The service was exceptional. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and provided great recommendations. The ambience of the restaurant is a perfect blend of cozy and chic, with a lively yet relaxed feel. The music set a pleasant mood without being too loud, allowing for easy conversation. Overall, this restaurant is a hidden gem for anyone looking for a unique fusion experience. The blend of Peruvian and Thai flavors, combined with excellent service and a great atmosphere, made for an unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommended!
