   The food at Arts and Central is very innovative and creatively prepared. We had the oysters and brisket and tots to start. Both were very tasty and different from anything we’ve had before. The oysters are fried and served on a salad base. The brisket and tater tots are tasty, but should be shared as the portion is too much for one. The only problem was that the entrees were presented before we had finished our appetizers. I find this practice particularly annoying and it was caused because the kitchen sent them out before checking with the primary server. This practice is avoidable in a fine restaurant. The mushroom risotto and duck with gruyere torte were exceptionally good; creatively prepared and tasty. The S’mores dessert included homemade marshmallow. It was delightful. Definitely worth a return visit.

   Great, contemporary ambience...spacious...wonderful jazz background music...unique and relevant menu...food delicious as was the mixed cocktail (old fashion)...good service that will get better with practice but engaging nonetheless. Highly recommend.

   Great meal. Bartender Chris was amazing. Chef Eric came out after I was served my entree to make sure it was prepared correctly. It was! Sign of a professional establishment!! Going back soon….

   Loved this place! We sat at the counter where you can watch them cook. Otherwise there is plenty of tables and also lots of seating outside. Nice ambience good service and the food was very good. My husband had the special rack of lamb and I had duck. Also the mushroom Gruyère tart was amazing as a side with the duck. Just a wonderful meal.

   My wife’s Trout was fantastic. Our server, Diego, suggested I try the Lobster pot pie and it was great. Cocktails and wine worked perfectly. Keep up the outstanding effort.

   A lovely evening with our daughter and son-in-law. The service was prompt and professional. The food was amazing. All dishes from seafood to steak were perfectly prepared, with flavorful sides. Arts & Central never disappoints - this is our local go-to place.
