About this restaurant

  • Romantic
  • Innovative
  • Good for special occasions
Artisans Table is located in Orlando, Florida. The true meaning of artisan involves a skilled tradesman making something in a traditional or non-mechanized way. That describes the cuisine perfectly at this eatery. Artisans Table has a large dining room, bar & lounge, outdoor dining area and a private wine room, all showcasing art and furniture made by local artisans and artists.

The menu at Artisans Table is ever-changing to take advantage of the seasons freshest ingredients. Dinner choices might include blood orange duck breast, shrimp pasta, pan roasted salmon or blackened shrimp tacos. The burgers are exceptional, being made with short rib and brisket and topped with bacon marmalade and house made dill pickle chips. Enjoy a baked apple in puffy pastry to complete the experience.

Reservation was at 615 and from the moment we sat down it was a poor experience. The service was very slow, the restaurant ran out of food and 2 of 4 entrees came out wrong. Manager never came by and it was overall a bad experience.

Unbelievably bad. There were 60 guests in the restaurant and we couldn't get a drink. The waitress was very nice and very apologetic, but for some reason the bar was incredibly backed up. After waiting 25 minutes for a beer, I went to the bar. The bartender said "what can I get you?" and when I said "a beer" his immediate response was "there are like 25 people ahead of you ticket-wise". Why ask me what I want if you can't give it to me? The food came (finally) and while some dishes were good, my steak was entirely underdone, and the potatoes weren't weren't cooked. At all. If you are a looking for a bad steak with raw potatoes cooked in lukewarm sour cream, this is your place. Otherwise, skip it. There are plenty of good options elsewhere. Worst dining experience I've ever had.

Great food and ambiance. Our server seemed to be a little disconnected, multiple times passed by without checking if we needed anything and I did need another drink. Finally got it but was nearly done with dinner.

Move to their new place on Church has ruined the ambiance. Food was greasy and some of us got ill from the food. Won’t be back

Went on a Tuesday around 7. The restaurant was not busy by any means, which was nice, except for the fact that they seated us (two people) right next to a 14 person party. My only complaint of the night and not truly much of an issue. Service was attentive and quick, specialty cocktails were delicious, and the food was incredible. Would absolutely go again and will definitely recommend to friends.

Artisan's Table used to be my favorite restaurant in downtown Orlando. Now it's a noisy sports bar.

The service was incredibly slow. We had to ask for our server to come by our table multiple times. We were just left alone for very long periods of time. The drinks took a long time to arrive as well. And the drink order was messed up twice. The appetizers were delicious and the entrees were just good. The drinks were good as well. But with the slow service it made the experience poor. We felt like we were being ignored. This wasn’t our first time at Artisans Table, and were disappointed with the evening this visit.

A new, larger site and the good cuisine travelled well. Exec chef, Monica, runs a very good kitchen. The salmon entrée was prepared perfectly as was the burger which at $12 is the best deal on Church St. A new item, short ribs poutine, is a meal for two or one hungry diner. Very tasty and filling! The place has a good wine and beer list with reasonable prices. A very good spot to dine prior to or after a Magic, Lions, or Mad Cow event.
