Artisan Waterfront Restaurant & Tavern offers a unique and innovative dining experience with magnificent views of Lake Michigan. Our Great Lakes-inspired, New American cuisine has an emphasis on farm-fresh fare from local and regional farms, celebrating the theme of craftsmanship and sustainability.
With booking a table in Artisan please advise your table will be reserved for 2 hours starting at the time of your reservation.
PLEASE NOTE THAT OUTSIDE TABLES ARE RESERVED UPON REQUEST BUT CANNOT BE GUARANTEED.
If you have requested a table outdoors, please be advised that in the case of inclement weather, we will do our best to accommodate your party inside at the same reservation time, however we cannot guarantee a table inside at the same exact time and may need to adjust the reservation time accordingly.

Order a bite and your favorite beverage from our specially curated winter menu, as you cozy up and enjoy the most magical time of year. And don’t forget your swimsuits; Cozy Cabana rentals include access to our outdoor heated pool! Our Cozy Cabanas are available for 2-hour reservations from 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Cabanas seat up to 6 guests. General Public • Reservations are required • Complementary Hot Cocoa & Accompaniments provided • Monday: The Industry Retreat, Rental Fees Waived for Service Industry Employees, $50 Food & Beverage Minimum required. • Tues–Thurs: $25/person • Fri - Sun: $30/person

Artisan is one of our favorite place to dine ! The service is impeccable and the food delicious as always! We celebrate all of our special events there and will continue our traditions there in the future! You will absolutely love it!

We did the Cozy Cabana at the Delamar and we had a fantastic time. It was nice having that warm place to go after the pool. The food, service and overall experience was amazing!

service was excellent. Ambiance warm and welcoming. Lemon tahini cauiflower was 6 stars. The only negative was the entree that was listed as "surf and turf " had a minimal amount of crabmeat sprinkled in with the rice. PBJ ice cream sandwich was a "party in my mouth"

We had an excellent meal at Artisan, one of the best meals we've eaten in TC. The ahi tuna appetizer matched the quality of recent meals in Hawaii, and the mac and cheese and duck with waffles were great. We can see why the soft cheesecake dessert is a menu staple. Keegan, our server, was exceptional, and has made us converts to Artisan. we look forward to coming back with friends.

The meal was good. Staff is very attentive. The prices are not great, ($8 for bread and butter) but overall, good time, and place for friends to gather.
