   This is our second dining experience. It never disappoints! We were there for lunch. The first visit and food was outstanding. This time we were there for dinner with family and friends. It was over the top awesome. Our waiter was over attentive and we really enjoyed our meal and drinks I would highly recommend.

   My friends and I had the most amazing experience at ARDO. Kate and the owner Alessandro were so warm and welcoming, we wanted to talk to them both all night! This establishment is our new go to spot, we look forward to coming back!

   I wanted to take my wife to a good Italian restaurant while in TO from Halifax. A few searches landed us a ARDO, still you never know. My wife, who makes her own pastas and sauces, loved her Gnocchi, and everything else. Every bit was delicious. The staff were friendly and like old friends. Alessandro, was like family. 2 hours flew by. We said as we walked to our Hotel that the experience alone was worth the trip. I would give 10 stars if I could.

   Ardo was a BIG pleasant surprise. The items we chose on the menu were delicious. I tasted the tuna crudo which was exceptional and the ragu pasta which had fresh made pasta with the authentic beef taste. I finished with the homemade freshly piped cannoli with candied orange pieces. They were the perfect conclusion to a perfect meal. Portions were well balanced, didn`t feel like I wanted to roll out of my chair. The service was also top. Paula was our server and she explained to us in details what she was putting on the table, very professional. The restaurant was also relatively quiet even though it was at least half full which mean I could hear the conversation without having to get closer or not requiring to speak loud. Could be ideal for a business lunch. I will certainly be back.

   The reviews are correct. This place was amazing. Our server knew the menu inside and out, and was super attentive to us. The food was delicious. Will definitely come back again!

   Overall a very positive experience. The salad was a bit bland. However the pizza and pasta dishes were excellent. The homemade cannoli is the best since Nona at the Lettieri on Cumberland retired!

    Great food! I would recommend going with a group and do share a bunch of things on the menu! Everything came out really good. Although their wine prices are a bit more expensive than other Italian restaurants I’ve been too. Over all worth the visit and I’ll definitely come back for more!
