   Came on Valentine’s Day for the fixed menu and had a bit of a disappointing experience. While the staff were all nice, the service was not very good. There were long waits between most of the courses and at some point our waiter just disappeared. We were never asked if we wanted another drink throughout the meal and ended up waiting until around midnight for our dessert and bill, at which point we were just tired, disappointed, and wanting to go home. The food was generally good (nothing to write home about though), but the $125 price tag felt extreme for what we got. Portions for the main and the dessert were surprisingly small and left me feeling like this just wasn’t worth it.

   I have always been curious about Ardo, as I live nearby and frequently walk past it; it always seems bustling with happy patrons. The food and service were both excellent. I highly recommend the Tartufo pasta and Salumi pizza!

   Fantastic food, made with simple, authentic ingredients. The service is impeccable, the ambience is understated and warm. I highly recommend for all occasions, or none at all!

   Best Italian restaurant in Toronto. Everything was delicious - service was fantastic, and the Chef made a personal appearance to check in on us. Highly recommend.

   Overcooked and tasteless braised beef dry as a matchwood Ragu is fair but not worth for 29$ Was curious about the dessert menu but the execution and price point of the mains are disappointing. Left in 45mins while the table beside us were still waiting for their pizza before and after my visit.

   Wonderful restaurant- the food was delicious and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. Lovely place. Would definitely go back.
