   After dining here twice, once on a date night with my partner and once with a group of friends, I can confidently say that this is in my top 3 restaurants in the world — and I’ve visited 48 countries and eaten my way through most of the worlds 50 best. No meal is complete without the bone marrow or soft shell crab tacos. Our server Mario was beyond accommodating and even brought out a copal smoke ceremony just for us since we remembered loving it our previous visit and wanted our friends to experience. Is this a “value meal?” Absolutely not. But you are paying for some of the best food, wine, cocktails, and service in Mexico if not in the world. 11/10, can’t wait to come back

   Quite possibly the best food on the Tulum strip. Inventive, delicious, wonderful textures/flavors and unexpected combinations kept us guessing. Book your table!!

   Striped sea bass was awesome with green mole. Don’t recommend tuna crudo - too much sauce, too acidic. Wagyu steak was good.

   I regret we didn’t ask the name of the waitress that served the food that night. I’ve been to so many Michelin star restaurants and Arca is my least favorite because of the service we got there. If you’ll see a waitress with a pony tail ask for a different one. She has such an unpleasant attitude, she never smiled or tried to make us welcome. We asked her for more bread but then we changed our mind since we already finished the dish. I guess she didn’t hear that and returned back with a basket of bread (it’s extra charge) when we were already done and ready for the desert. She was so angry at us! Seriously?!? We paid $400 for the dinner and you are arguing with us about four pieces of bread and that you have to return back to kitchen?! Lastly, it was my Birthday and our waitress knew that but ignored this fact. That was also not nice. I will never recommend Arca and would never return.

   One of the best meals we’ve ever had! Definitely an experience you will not want to miss. The food, service, ambiance was all top notch. Each dish was executed so well. The staff knows your needs before you do.

   $88 U..S. ($125 Canadian, which I am!) for what amounts to three tortillas, even if it was suckling pig, was outrageous. I don’t care if this is “one of the Top 50 Restaurants in the World” as rated by Michelin, common sense dictates this as absolutely not worth it, even if the pork was tasty. Street corner Mexican food at 1/10 the price is far better given the value, but then again, you do not go to ARCA for the value. If you do, you will be hugely disappointed. If you want a lovely ambiance, it’s a great place. Not having ANY diet colas available for a non-drinker is also very poor planning and customer service.

   Ya había venido en 2022. Las porciones las bajaron y los precios los subieron. Pero de calidad está igual o mejor.

    Gran experiencia! Creo que no recordaba desde hace tiempo el arte que es probar un bocado de comida Mexicana. Me encantó poder volver a vivir esta experiencia !
