   Best mole tasting in town. Delicious plantain dish. Really really good farm to table menu. Everything was fantastic modern Mexican. To hell with the neighborhood Italian / French restaurant and try something new. Staff was attentive and prompt. Cocktails were quite good and the mezcal selection was large! Looking forward to returning next visit to CDMX so we can come back.

   The food at Anatolina was wonderful and exactly what I was looking for for my final dinner in CDMX. The dishes were authentic and flavorful. Service on the other hand was very slow and it was hard to get our server’s attention to order more drinks. We chose to sit outside which we began to regret after a while because of all the panhandlers that came by. Overall, I would probably dine at Antolina again but I would sit inside and make sure I wasn’t in a hurry.

   Wonderful authentic food recommended by Backstreet Culinary Tours and rightly so. The owner supports local produce providers who grow sustainably and who support fair labor practices. We enjoyed the whole experience..great woodcut prints on the wall, mescal specialist...first time I tried guacamole with roasted crickets! Delicious turkey mole for me and sea bass for my husband..both beautifully prepared. Unpretentious atmosphere and kind staff. Highly recommend this restaurant ...way beyond many that we also tried that were much pricier and hyped as being excellent. Antolina is truly excellent. Highly recommend.

   Small place with big (as in excellent) food. The ceviche coyoco was some of the best I have had. Good bar and service was efficient and personal. Felt like I was getting special treatment even though my waiter was dealing with many other tables.

   The cocktails were terribly sweet and the food was just “okay.” We tried the tamal and it was dense almost the texture of banana and sweet as well, almost dessert like. We tried three other dishes and decided to go to another restaurant for dessert. We would not go back.
