   Celebré mi aniversario en Animal St. Regis México y la experiencia fue espectacular. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el servicio fue impecable, con un equipo atento que hizo que la velada fuera aún más especial. El ambiente es inmejorable: elegante, sofisticado y con una energía vibrante que lo convierte en el lugar perfecto para una ocasión especial. Además, la coctelería es otro gran acierto. Ordené un Witch Soul y fue una verdadera delicia, con un balance de sabores sorprendente. Sin duda, un sitio al que regresaré. ¡Altamente recomendado!

   El lugar es Muy bonito, agradable el ambiente , la decoración, amables en el servicio, sin embargo muy tardado el tiempo para servir los alimentos y la presentación no es tan atractiva de las comidas. Es importante poner atención en los tiempos para servir los alimentos, nos sirvieron a la mitad de personas y los demás tardaron mas de 30min, me parece bastante , para un grupo, es importante informarlo y recomendar otras entradas para cubrir el tiempo y hacer la experiencia mas agradable.    No había ribeye y la mayoría de las cosas a la parrilla llevan ribeye tampoco había tacos de pescado zarandeado y realmente visitamos Aníbal por estos platillos

   Comida buena, nada espectacular. Al llegar pedí un martini cosmopolitan que literal era una limonada, la regresé dando feedback al mesero y me la trajeron pero cero bueno, no sabía a un buen cosmo. El lugar es super agradable, música padre y el mesero Alexis sumamente amable y sonriente, y Rosendo muy atento. Menú muy corto, pero nada especial ni espectacular

   The food was good. We chose some sushi rolls for our dinner. The service, however, left a lot of room for improvement. Ordering sushi, you’d think we’d automatically be offered the sake menu. Our waiter seemed confused we’d even want that. When the sake arrived, our waiter spilled it while pouring (into the tiniest thimble sized sake cups we’ve ever seen) — not just once, but three times until I insisted that we pour for ourselves. He also spilled the soy sauce on the table cloth while pouring. We began to dread his return to the table. The service was so bad that we’ll likely never return.

    El chicharrón con pulpo estuvo exquisito, la porción sirve perfectamente para compartir. Los trajos bien servidos y con excelente sabor. Quedé enamorada del postre de helado de pistache y la decoración del lugar. Me encantó la música y el ambiente.
