At our restaurant, you’ll experience food prepared according to Old World traditions straight from the heart of Italy – the birthplace of our founder, Angelo Elia. Born in Salerno, Italy, Angelo was first taught to cook by his mother in their home kitchen. Both of his parents (his father was a local butcher) instilled in him the importance of using only locally gathered meats and fish, growing garden-fresh herbs, and baking breads from scratch. Angelo hand-selects the freshest, seasonal ingredients and artfully prepares them in an inviting setting of warmth and sophistication. A carefully curated list of wines has been masterfully chosen to create an extensive wine list from every region around the world. Whether it’s for an elegant night out or a gathering with family & friends, Chef Angelo Elia looks forward to inviting guests for an authentic Italian Tuscan-style meal in a setting that feels like home.

Excellent food and service, chopped salad and veal pa were standouts. Wine menu and bar program top tier, including the monogrammed large square ice cube. A little sticker shock, but heck, it’s Aspen!

Great food and great atmosphere. We really enjoyed the wagyu carpaccio and all of the pasta dishes. Our server Alessandro was excellent. Our new favorite restaurant in Aspen

This was our second time coming to Angelo’s and it is by far still our favorite upscale Italian restaurant in Aspen! It all starts with the friendly staff at check in, followed by our amazing server and the most knowledgeable sommelier to recommend the best Tuscan wine to pair with our dinner. Great ambiance as well, well lit. Dog and kid friendly.

Had a great meal in Aspen and Steffano was an excellent host at our table. Would definitely recommend but try and sit in the main room where the party is.
