I was hoping that they brought the same ambiance and service as their Colombian locations that I've visited. I tried to score a reservation since opening and couldn't before Christmas. I was strolling down lincoln road a couple of weeks ago and stopped by to look at their menu, I even took some photos of it to start deciding what I would eat the day I got my reservation. Finally I scored a res for Jan 1st. We got there and got escorted to the 3rd floor for dinner, wasn't much ambiance going on there at 7:30pm, I was wondering where the performers were and the details that make this restaurant so special. No biggie, we got the menu and I initially noticed a major price increase on every item on the menu, a steak that was $47 two weeks ago was now $78, a burger that was $26 was now $36, ok no biggie I don't mind paying if it's good. Server took our order, right off the bat one of the items we wanted was not available and he tells us its actually never been available since opening (the bbq ribs), so I chose a different dish the Ajiaco, rest of my party ordered some steaks. They proceeded to bring out my dish first and a kids meal, but not the rest of the meals or sides that had been ordered. The soup was already just lukewarm when I received, so I had to eat my meal before everyone else because COLD soup would not be great. The portion of the soup was very small, like kids meal sizing with only 4 tiny pieces of shredded chicken inside the bowl for $33. I was still hungry after eating it. The steaks finally come out, like 20 minutes after I was done eating. Then we are told that the sides were sold out. They had so much time to communicate this while we waited and never did, so the kids devoured their steak with no sides in sight or a solution to an alternative, they were still hungry. I had to speak to the mgr, he tried making it right by sending them some empanadas. Overall the service wasnt great, value for price wasn't good, ambiance was ok, food was tasty at least.

Total Disappointment . Despite we made a reservation they were not able to give us a table until 50 minutes later. Service not the best. Food normal but not the best and overpriced.

My reservation was made x a Saturday night ( 4 people -9.45 pm ) . We were seated in the rooftop area ( not requested, a very windy night , no heaters ) . I requested an indoor table and they told me we had to wait so it was already very late so we ordered empanadas ( overcooked and cold), yuca, cheese sticks and plantains, ( never made it to the table and I am not sure if they were charged or not because the waitress never showed me the bill, she just swiped my card ) and she was pushing us to order drinks that btw we paid 80 usd for 2 drinks . Bad food, bad service , and overpriced just because because its not a good experience.

Not nearly as good as the locations in Colombia. The food and drinks are WAY overpriced a $190 for a bottle of aguardiente that costs $20 in any bottle shop. Such a rip off.

Restaurant consists of 3 floors and roof top. Decor was great. Noise level is high. Menus were beautiful like a magazine. Food quality was not good. Prices were high for lack of quality. Staff was great.
