   The service was really poor in the restaurant . From the moment we sat down it took at least 20 minutes before anyone came our table. Our server was very slow and did not have any interest in making sure we were getting everything I order in time. We order a few appetizers along with drinks. Main meal we order the 35oz picanha medium cook and it was rare not only that it was warm in temperature. For the bill it was an outstanding $370 . I have been to both locations in Bogotá and this one is not even 5 percent on food , ambience , serves , treat etc . Very disappointed.

   High expectations being married to a Colombian. Empanadas were reheated, room temperature, tasteless, disappointing. The rice was overcooked and room temperature. Seemed more like the food was being served out of a kitchen buffet where they forgot to turn on the heat lamps. Strange American music playing. They made us wait outside until the exact minute of our reservation, tye they opened, yet others were already sitting when we got inside? An amazing concept with lots of opportunity. Let’s hope they get their act together. good luck.

   Fuimos a celebrar los 15 años de mi hijo.La comida estuvo buena, la atención de la mesera excelente, el ambiente aceptable. Lamentablemente a las 10 de la noche por un micrófono en un tono de burla nos pidieron que nos retiráramos del local ya que los niños debían irse a dormir, cabe resaltar que jamás nos advirtieron que eso era una regla del rest lo cual es absurdo ya que fuimos a comer en familia y queríamos disfrutar hasta más tarde, y nunca se me informó que dicho restaurante se convierte en un cabaret, la persona que habló por el micrófono no tiene ninguna preparación en gerencia de restaurantes ya que existen otras formas de pedirle al grupo que se retire y al menos dar una explicación de forma directa! La cuenta fue para 9 personas de 1000$ un chiste.

   My family and I are Colombian. We’ve know about this restaurant because they have so many in Colombia. We were excited to try out the Miami location. The ambiance is very nice and the concept of it is as well. But, the pricing is too high it’s ridiculous. The food I give it a 5/10 the meat is mostly fat… so imagine paying all this money just to have a fatty piece of meat. The service is a little slow and all the sides are charged as single items. Also, my family and I had just finished paying the bill and we were finishing up drinks and the waiters kept eyeing us down to basically get up from the table I found that to be a little rude… we are paying customers and we don’t need someone rushing us out. I think it was a nice experience to see but I don’t think it’s something to come back to and give another try.

    In fairness to this restaurant, I was not aware that I would be going to dinner in what basically is a night club. We could not hear our waitress, or each other… AT ALL. It made for a pretty painful experience. The food was actually pretty good, and had the ambience been ANY quieter, (the speakers upstairs were turned up ALL THE WAY), I would return. We spent over $400 for a party of four to scream at each other all dinner.
