   I Love the Americana! From the moment you walk through the door you’re in for a marvelous treat. We were greeted by the busy bartender who took the time to welcome us. The lovely hostess came right up and ushered to a great table overlooking the lake. Next we were welcomed by the service staff offering menus and drinks. The staff was right on and very attentive. My partner had a Caesar salad and I had a dinner salad. Wonderful bread and butter was served before the salads arrived. I had the filet mignon cooked medium. It was cooked to perfection! My friend had the scallops and he said they were delicious! We ended the meal with sorbet. Magnificent!

   We did the surf and surf prix fixe menu to celebrate a birthday. Salad and dessert were so-so; entree was very good. Service was very good.

   This restaurant had some of the BEST service I have ever experienced in a restaurant. Our waitress was incredibly attentive and checked on us often. She seemed to really enjoy her job, and it truly made all the difference in our experience. The oysters were great, the mimosas were perfect, truly a 10/10 experience.

   Excellent Iberico pork steak, service was wonderful with Skyler. Definitely worthy of many repeat visits.

   Booked for Valentine’s Day. Was not informed of the very limited menu they would be serving that night. Had reservations for 8:00pm and was finally seated at 8:30 after several walk-ins were taken ahead of us (no idea how long they had been waiting without reservations). Once seated was offered a menu which had very few choices for me since I am allergic to shellfish. There were a few other items that were not appealing, especially for the price they were charging. When I asked about substituting for food I wasn’t allergic to I was told there would be no substitutes. I went next door to Marche Baccus and explained what had happened and they were very pleasant and accommodating. Went back, finished my drink and we went on to a very nice holiday dinner but not at Americana. This was my first and probably my last visit to this establishment!
